About Me

First grade
My teacher yelled out, "Tim O'Brien!"  She whisks down the aisle toward me. Startled, arms judder knocking crayons from desk to floor, She slips on a rogue Crayola falls and is rolled out on a gurney. I repeat first grade.

My mediums; Encaustic (Bees wax mixed with Dammar resin), Photography, Painting,  Mixed media and Pigment prints on mixed paper types.  Various detritus and yes, No crayons!   Well, sometimes... crayons.

Miscellaneous ephemera
Art is my way of letting life know I do notice the little things; acknowledgement. Also, art is a fun way to puzzle out the questions I did not know to ask.
