Pam, along with Howard Kalnitz are avid outdoors people. On adventures in the Southwest they became fascinated with the local rock, and started collecting specimens.


With Pam's background in clay and fused glass she began using the rock in mosaics. Her mosaics reflect the local landscape utilizing found rock, smalti, stained glass and some metal.


Howard's endeavors began with woodworking but once in the West, Ancient Petrified Wood captured his attention.  His jewelry is made from the stone he collects, cuts and polishes.  The necklaces & bracelets are hand tied with waxed linen cord.
